DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicant has requested an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a <br />drainage and utility easement on property located at 14123 Oneka Parkway North. The drainage <br />and utility easement boundary is 5 feet wide along the north property line, 10 feet wide along the <br />east property line, and 7.5 feet wide along the south property line. The fence is proposed to be <br />constructed within the easement along the north and east property lines, but will run concurrent <br />with easement boundary along the south property line. The Senior Engineering Technician has <br />reviewed the location of the fence and is comfortable with the request. <br /> <br />2. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed the request and recommends that the City Council approve the encroachment <br />agreement for the property located at 14123 Oneka Parkway North. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
