RESOLUTION NO. 2024-____ <br /> <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN EXPENSE REPORT AND COSTS TO BE ASSESSED <br />FOR COSTS INCURRED IN CARRYING OUT AND ENFORCING THE HAZARDOUS <br />BUILDING PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />14197 FOREST BOULEVARD NORTH, HUGO, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 463.22, the city council has kept an accurate account of <br />the expenses incurred in carrying out and enforcing the hazardous building proceeding against <br />the property located at 14197 Forest Boulevard North, Hugo, MN 55038. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />HUGO, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the following expenses were incurred in carrying out and enforcing the hazardous <br />building proceeding against the property located at 14197 Forest Boulevard North, Hugo, <br />MN 55038 and shall be assessed against the property: <br /> <br />Attorney’s Fees $6,701.75 <br />Demolition and Related Expenses $30,900.00 <br />Other Expenses: <br />-Owner’s and Encumbrance Report <br /> <br />$75.00 <br />TOTAL: $37,676.75 <br /> <br /> <br />2.
