A building permit shall be required for the construction of the solar farm. <br />2. The solar farm shall operate in a manner that is consistent with applicant’s <br />narrative (Exhibit B) and applicant’s site plan (Exhibit C). <br />3. The solar farm owner/operator shall comply with the decommissioning plan <br />(Exhibit D) and decommission plan City standards outlined in Section 90-278. <br />4. The solar energy system shall not exceed 15 feet in height when oriented at <br />maximum tilt, and the elevation of the solar panels shall be level across the array. <br />5. The solar farm shall not permit light, glare, noise, odor, smoke, dust, or vibration <br />that will in any way have an objectionable effect upon adjacent or nearby property <br />owners. <br />6. It shall be the responsibility of the solar farm owner/operator or property owner to <br />secure any solar energy easements, if applicable, to protect solar access for the <br />system (as per MN Statute Section 500.30). <br />7. The landscaping shall be installed at the same time as construction of the solar <br />farm.
