RESOLUTION 2024-XX <br /> APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5562 130TH WAY NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Alicia Knafla that requests approval of an <br />encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage and utility <br />easement on the property located at 5562 130th Way North, legally described as follows; <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 5, Adelaide Landing, Washington County, Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment <br />agreement on property located at 5562 130th Way North. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 6th day of May, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________________ <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk
