DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant has requested an encroachment agreement to allow construction of two fences <br />along the north and south property lines, located within a 5-foot wide drainage and utility <br />easement on property located at 16211 Finale Avenue North. The fence segments do not connect <br />and will not encroach on the 10-foot wide easement along the rear property line. The Senior <br />Engineering Technician has reviewed the location of the fence and is comfortable with the <br />request. <br />2.
