DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicants have requested an encroachment agreement to allow relocation of an existing <br />fence six feet to the rear of its current location, which will be within a drainage and utility <br />easement on property located at 15352 Goodview Avenue North. The easement is approximately <br />225 feet deep covering a stormwater pond located to the rear of the property. The applicants have <br />stated that they will reconstruct the existing fence gate with the new fence to continue to allow <br />maintenance access to the pond. The Senior Engineering Technician has reviewed the location of <br />the fence and is comfortable with the request. <br /> <br />2. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed the request and recommends that the City Council approve the encroachment <br />agreement for the property located at 15352 Goodview Avenue North. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
