RESOLUTION 2024-xx <br /> <br />APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PUD FOR M/I HOMES OF <br />MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL, LLC, FOR “THE SHORES OF ONEKA LAKE 4TH <br />ADDTION” ON PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH AND EAST OF GOODVIEW TRAIL <br />NORTH AND WEST AND SOUTH OF GOODVIEW AVENUE NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, M/I Homes of Minneapolis/St. Paul, LLC, has requested approval of a PUD <br />Amendment and one additional lot to the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Outlot A, The Shores of Oneka Lake 2nd Addition <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the preliminary plat at a duly called Public <br />Hearing and recommends approval, and; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Elmcrest <br />Investments, LLC, for an amendment to the PUD, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. A PUD general plan is approved to allow the creation of 219 residential units and 10 outlots. <br />The development shall be constructed in accordance with the application and plans received <br />by the Ci ty on March 7, 2024 and March 21, 2024 except as amended by this resolution. <br /> <br />2. The development shall comply with the Shores of Oneka Lake PUD standards in Resolution <br />2022-32, as amended. <br /> <br />3. The new grading and utility plans are subject to review and approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />4.
