The proposed <br />alignment has the fence connecting two existing neighbors’ fences along the respective rear <br />property lines, through a 10-foot wide easement across the rear of the property. The Senior <br />Engineering Technician has reviewed the location of the fence and is comfortable with the <br />request for an encroachment agreement. <br />2.CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff has reviewed the request and recommends that the City Council approve the encroachment <br />agreement for the property located at 15873 Ethan Trail North. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.Location Map <br />2.Encroachment Agreement Resolution <br />3.Encroachment Agreement <br />4.Site Plan
