Liberty Classical Academy Site Plan and CUP
Page 3

The applicant has been working on revisions to the plan to be reviewed and approved by staff.

Staff meet with Washington County on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, to discuss the project and access
points. They stated although an access on to 122nd Street/CR7 may be reasonable, the proposed
access on County Road 57/Keller Avenue is also reasonable and safe. They have reviewed the
traffic information and proposal from the applicant and they do not foresee a safety or traffic
issue on Keller Avenue/CR 57 and 122nd Street/CR 7. The County roads have the capacity for
additional traffic and with proposed improvements will be designed to be safer. The County
looks at the area as a whole when reviewing the project and they do not see problem occurring
regarding congestion or safety on the County Road systems with the building addition. The only
improvements required for the building addition are a north bound right turn lane at the access
point into the school property and a south bound right turn lane on Keller Avenue/CR57 to 122nd
Street/CR7, both of which are the responsibility of the applicant to construct at their expense.

2.
