Council Meeting Minutes for June 3, 2024 <br />Page 11 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Miron made motion, Petryk seconded, to resume the regular session at 9:36 p.m. <br /> <br />City Attorney Dave Snyder explained the Council had met in executive session in the matter of <br />restrictions to water appropriations permits filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings. <br />Present were City Council, City Attorney Dave Snyder, City Administrator Bryan Bear, and City <br />Clerk Michele Lindau. Based on the discussion, staff had been fully informed of the premises. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to adjourn at 9:39 p.m. <br /> <br />All Ayes.
