RESOLUTION 2024-32 <br /> APPROVING A COMPRHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT CHANGING <br /> MAP 3-1, 2040 LAND USE PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, HW1, LLC, c/o Summit Management, LLC has proposed a comprehensive <br /> plan amendment to change the land use from Commercial (COM) to High Density <br /> Residential (HD) on property legally described as; <br /> OUTLOT B, Frenchman Place 2nd Addition <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Hugo Planning Commission, at a public hearing on August 8, <br /> 2024, reviewed the proposed map amendment and recommended approval of the <br /> application to the Metropolitan Council for the Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br /> WHEREAS, on August 10, 2024, the City Council reviewed the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations, and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a <br /> Comprehensive Plan Amendment changing the land use on Map 3.1, 2040 Land Use <br /> Map. <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council this 19th day of August, 2 . . <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: �, f <br /> Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
