DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicant has requested an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a <br />drainage and utility easement on property located at 5910 Freeland Court North. The proposed <br />alignment has the fence enclosing the home’s back yard, but stopping some distance before the <br />wetland boundary in the rear of the property. The Senior Engineering Technician has reviewed <br />the location of the fence and is comfortable with the request for an encroachment agreement. <br /> <br />2. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed the request and recommends that the City Council approve the encroachment <br />agreement for the property located at 5910 Freeland Court North. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
