Schwieters Properties <br />13925, 13875, 13825, 13845, 13984, and 13676 Fenway Boulevard North <br />5131 140th Street <br />Development Sign Criteria <br />Approved: <br />A.General. All signs on the building located at Schwieters Properties shall comply with the Sign <br />Criteria (SC) and the City of Hugo sign ordinance Section 90-265. Prior to the issuance of a <br />permit or installation, all signs shall be reviewed and approved by City Staff and shall comply <br />with the SC. The SC allows flexibility from the City Code. The Tenant and/or Owner are required <br />to comply with all requirements and obtain all approvals of the City and Landlord/ Owner. <br />B.Sign Specifications. <br />TYPE OF SIGN: Freestanding Sign <br />ILLUMINATION: None <br />SIGN LOCATION: See attached Exhibit A <br />MAXIMUM SIZE: 6 feet in Height, 3 feet in width, and 1 feet in depth. <br />Concrete base: 4’ x 4’ x 4” deep <br />MATERIALS: See attached Exhibit A <br />SIGN CONTENT: All tenants shall be located on the freestanding sign. <br />C.Conditions of Approval. <br />1.One freestanding sign shall be allowed for each building. <br />2.Freestanding sign shall be as shown in Exhibit B. <br />3.Signs are allowed to be in the right of way of Fenway Boulevard. All signs are subject to the <br />approved City of Hugo encroachment agreement and approval by the Metropolitan Council. <br />G.4
