All improvements for the plan shall be installed and constructed. <br /> <br />23. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br /> <br />24. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the stormwater <br />management facilities and wetlands <br /> <br />25. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br />adjacent properties. Staff shall review and approve the locations. All ground-level <br />mechanical units shall be low profile and located to the side or rear of the building <br />and shall be screened from view of adjacent properties.
