Comments can be found below. <br /> <br />Public Health and Environment’s comments for Hugo’s Comprehensive Plan Amendment is below: <br />• When development occurs, BMPs must be utilized to protect the water quality, quantity, and habitat of <br />wetlands present. If any wetland loss were to occur, developers must follow requirements of the Wetland <br />Conservation Act.
