RESOLUTION NO. 2024-41 <br /> CITY OF HUGO <br /> WASHINGTON COUNTY,MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br /> PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO ALL OR PORTIONS OF ROADWAYS IDENTIFIED <br /> AS THE 2025 BEAVER PONDS AREA STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve all or portions of Flay Road North, Fiona Road North, <br /> Ferrara Avenue North, 128th Street North, 129"' Street North, Fondant Trail North, Foxhill <br /> Avenue North, 128a' Alcove North, Fondant Trail North, Foxhill Avenue North, Foxhill Circle <br /> North, 1266' Street North, and 1276 Street North and to potentially assess the benefited property <br /> for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> That the proposed improvement, called the 2025 Beaver Ponds Area Street Improvement Project <br /> is authorized for study and that the engineer is instructed to report to the council with all <br /> convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br /> improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as <br /> proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement <br /> as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments <br /> for affected parcels. <br /> This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of o on the 16'day of <br /> September 2024,by a vote of five Ayes and no Nays. <br /> � r <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
