ORDINANCE 2024-XXX <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 50, SECTION 50-1 SHOOTING REGULATIONS TO AMEND THE <br />CONTROLLED SHOOTING AREA <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 50-1 Shooting Regulations, of the <br />City Code of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing Exhibit “A” <br />Controlled Shooting Area Map. <br /> <br />Section 2. Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction adjudges any <br />part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any other provision of this <br />Ordinance not specifically included with that judgment. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
