DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicants are requesting approval of a property line adjustment between two properties <br />Parcel A is occupied by a plant nursery/garden center and is 10.22 acres and Parcel B is farmed <br />vacant property and is 65.03 acres. The applicants are proposing to adjust the property lines so <br />that Parcel A is 13.46 acres and Parcel B is 61.79 acres. <br /> <br />2. ANALYSIS: <br /> <br />Section 90-339 of the City’s Comprehensive Land Use Regulations states that, “where adjacent <br />property owners desire to adjust their mutual lot line without creating a new parcel or lot of <br />record, they may request a property line adjustment.” Subd. (2) of this section further states that, <br />“where the adjustment of the property line between two properties retains or causes both <br />properties to be in conformance with the City’s Comprehensive Land Use Regulation, the <br />Zoning Administrator shall provide the application to the City Council for administrative review <br />and consideration.” <br />
