RESOLUTION 2024-____ <br /> APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR FRANK AND JODY <br />PULEO AND BUSY B ENTERPRISES, LLC, FOR THE PROPERTIES <br />LOCATED AT 16155 FOREST BLVD NORTH AND A VACATION PARCEL TO <br />THE SOUTH <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Frank and Jody Puleo and Busty B <br />Enterprises, LLC, that requests approval of a property line adjustment for properties <br />located at 16155 Forest Blvd North and a vacant property to the south. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(See Attached) <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line <br />adjustment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the property line <br />adjustment for Frank and Jody Puleo and Busty B Enterprises, LLC,. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 21st day of October, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________________ <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
