Feasibility and Recommendation <br />The proposed improvements for the 2025 Duck Pass, Palmes Long Lake Estates, and <br />Ingersoll Avenue N Area Street Improvement Project consist of roadway reclamation <br />and overlay and storm sewer improvements <br />The estimated cost of the street improvement project is $1,820,900. <br />Based on the information contained within this report, the proposed improvements as <br />described can be considered necessary, cost-effective, and feasible from an <br />engineering perspective. WSB recommends construction of the proposed <br />improvements as detailed in this report. The economic feasibility of this project will <br />be determined by the City Council.
