RESOLUTION 2024-XX <br /> APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR ANDREW AND <br />AMBER MICHELS AND NELLIS ENGEN, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED <br />AT 7605 128TH STREET NORTH AND 12870 HENNA AVENUE NORTH <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Andrew and Amber Michels and Nellis <br />Engen c/o Christian Engen that requests approval of a property line adjustment for <br />properties located at 7605 128th Street and 12870 Henna Avenue North. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(See Attached) <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line <br />adjustment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the property line <br />adjustment for Andrew and Amber Michels and Nellis Engen c/o Christian Engen. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 4th day of November, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________________ <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
