This License is issued pursuant to Chapter 42 of the Hugo City Code and conditioned upon the <br />applicant meeting all requirements of the Code as well as any special conditions in the Conditional <br />Use Permit. <br />2. This License is specific to the licensee and location listed. It is not transferable to another location <br />or facility operator. <br />3. Maintenance of a current Industrial Storm Water Discharge Permit, issued by the MPCA, and a <br />Hazardous Waste Generator License, issued by Washington County, are required for the site. Laps <br />or Denial of either of these permits voids this license. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. Licensee shall comply with tire storage requirements. <br />2.
