City of Hugo <br />10/21/2024 <br />Page 2 <br />Project Understanding: <br />We understand the city of Hugo is seeking to improve their existing bituminous pavements <br />through reconstruction or rehabilitation construction techniques. We understand our services <br />were requested to aid the design team in preparing projects plans and specifications. The <br />proposed pavement rehabilitation area includes multiple residential roadway in the Beaver PondV <br />Area. We have assumed the roadways receives standard daily traffic. <br />Field Exploration: <br />WSB performed the field exploration outlined in this report on October 15, 2024. A total of <br />seventeen (17) locations were cored and bored within the proposed pavement rehabilitation area. <br />Precise core locations were selected to best represent the pavement condition in the vicinity <br />surrounding the core. The approximate locations investigated and presented in this report are <br />shown in Figure 1. <br />Figure 1: Core Location Map
