RESOLUTION 2024-__ <br /> APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A RETAINING WALL WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND <br />UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4803 163RD STREET <br />NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Capstone Homes, Inc. that requests approval <br />of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a retaining wall within a drainage <br />and utility easement on the property located at 4803 163rd Street North, legally described <br />as follows; <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 7, Oneka Prairie, Washington County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment <br />agreement on property located at 4803 163rd Street North. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 18th day of November, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________________ <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk
