local government unit from allowing licensed cannabis retailers in excess of the <br />minimums set in paragraph (i).] <br />I do not personally have a strong position on this topic one way or another - except <br />for the fact that as 7-year residents of Hugo, my husband and I are both STRONG <br />proponents of Hugo keeping the "small town/rural" feel we fell in love with (and the <br />reason we happily left our St. Paul home of 30 years).
