Add the following under subsection (2) Registration of Cannabis Businesses: <br />● (g) A Cannabis Agriculture Operation must obtain a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) under <br />Section 90-280(p) prior to registration approval. <br />CONCLUSION: <br />This proposed addendum strengthens the existing draft ordinance by introducing a framework <br />that supports local farming innovation while maintaining control and oversight through the <br />Conditional Use Permit process.
