Adoption of the Consent Agenda <br />approved the annual performance review for Miguel Souffront. <br /> <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Utility Lead Worker Rick Fox <br /> <br />At its November 20, 2023, meeting, Council approved the hiring of Rick Fox as a Public Works <br />Utility Lead Worker with a starting date of December 11, 2023. Adoption of the Consent <br />Agenda approved the annual performance review for Rick Fox. <br /> <br />Approve Resignation of Planning Commissioner Corky Lessard <br /> <br />Planning Commissioner Corky Lessard had submitted his letter of resignation from the Planning <br />Commission. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the resignation of Corky Lessard <br />effective immediately. <br /> <br />Approve Appointment of Phil Klein to the Planning Commission <br /> <br />With the resignation of Corky Lessard from the Planning Commission, Mayor Weidt had <br />recommended Council approve the appointment of Phil Klein to the Planning Commission <br />effective January 1, 2025. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the appointment of Phil <br />Klein to the Planning Commission for a term ending on December 31, 2026 <br /> <br />Approve Recommendation for Appointment of David Strub to MAWSAC <br /> <br />Soon to be former Council Member Phil Klein would be unable to continue his service on the <br />Metropolitan Area Water Supply Advisory Committee as an elected official. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved Council Member David Strub be recommended to Metro Cities and <br />the Governor’s office for appointment to MAWSAC.
