7 <br />The Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the draft cannabis <br />ordinance to the City Council. <br />6.ORDINANCE AMENDING FEE SCHEDULE <br />Along with the proposed cannabis ordinance, staff has drafted an ordinance amending the city <br />fee schedule that includes fees for cannabis registrations, as well as administrative penalties <br />for alleged violations of the ordinance.
