DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicant is seeking approval of site plan and conditional use permit (CUP) an <br />approximately 33,500 square foot building addition to the existing school and associated parking <br />on the property located at 10158 122nd Street North. The building addition includes classrooms, a <br />gymnasium, and other learning spaces. <br /> <br />There are stormwater management facilities and the septic systems that are proposed to be <br />located in May Township. The applicant is requesting a CUP in May Township for these <br />associated services proposed to be located in May Township. Staff has been coordinating with <br />May Township on the review of the requests in both communities. The request in May Township <br />is for a CUP for accessory services for a school expansion such as a septic system and <br />stormwater management facilities. May Township Planning Commission will review this at its <br />May 30, 2024, meeting. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
