The property is Outlot C, The Shores of Oneka Lake. <br />•A preliminary plat for 5 - 12 unit apartment buildings on one lot. <br />•A site plan 5 - 12 unit apartment buildings and associated improvements. <br />2.CONTEXT: <br />A.Surrounding land Use and Zoning <br />The other additions to The Shores of Oneka Lake PUD lie to the south and east of the site. The <br />properties to the west are zoned PUD and General Business (C-2) and are vacant and include <br />businesses. The property to the north is zoned Single Family Detached Residential (R-3) and is <br />vacant.
