DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> The applicant is requesting approval of the following requests: <br /> • A PUD amendment to The Shores of Oneka Lake PUD plan to include the subject <br /> property. The property is Outlot C, The Shores of Oneka Lake. <br /> • A preliminary plat for 5 - 12 unit apartment buildings on one lot. <br /> • A site plan 5 - 12 unit apartment buildings and associated improvements. <br /> 2. CONTEXT: <br /> A. Surrounding land Use and Zoning <br /> The other additions to The Shores of Oneka Lake PUD lie to the south and east of the site. The <br /> properties to the west are zoned PUD and General Business (C-2) and are vacant and include <br /> businesses. The property to the north is zoned Single Family Detached Residential (R-3) and is <br /> vacant. <br />
