Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the stormwater <br /> management facilities and wetlands <br /> 24. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br /> adjacent properties. Staff shall review and approve the locations. All ground-level <br /> mechanical units shall be low profile and located to the side or rear of the building <br /> and shall be screened from view of adjacent properties.
