Summit Management is proposing 89-unit three-story high-end market rate apartment building together <br /> with 31 attached indoor heated garages and 31 detached garages that will be situated between Victor Hugo <br /> Boulevard and Rosemary Way alongside Festival Foods and Blue Heron Grill. The apartment mix will <br /> have variety of studios, one, two- and three-bedroom units with screen porches, quality finishes, and <br /> include numerous amenities such as free internet, electronic door access, an expansive community room, <br /> exercise room,massage chair room, indoor car wash area,pet spa, electric car charging stations, office for <br /> on-site staff,multiple camera security, mail and a package room and well spacious outdoor patio and grill <br /> area. In addition, if the development is approved, Summit Management will donate approximately 7.2 <br /> acres of parkland(1.8 acres buildable)and open space(5.4 acres)together and internal public walking trail <br /> system to allow access between Rosemany Way and Victor Hugo Boulevard.
