The proposed use is allowed by conditional use permit and shall be accessory to <br /> the residential use of the property. <br /> 2. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall obtain a septic <br /> permit from Washington County. <br /> 3. The applicant shall obtain all necessary state and local permits. <br /> 4. The conditional use permit shall comply with the plans received by the city dated <br /> June 26, 2024 and August 28, 2024. <br /> 5. The structure in which the accessory apartment is located must be owner- <br /> occupied. <br /> 6. No separate driveway or curb shall be allowed for the accessory unit. <br /> 7. There shall be no more than one accessory apartment located at this property. <br /> 8. The accessory apartment may not be located in or above a garage or other <br /> accessory building. <br /> 9. The accessory apartment must contain its own toilet, bathtub or shower, and <br /> kitchen facilities. <br />
