CITY OF HUGO <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> DATE OF APPROVAL: October 7, 2024 <br /> OWNER: Scott Neamy and LeAnn Neamy <br /> ADDRESS FOR WHICH CUP IS GRANTED: 17220 Keystone Avenue North <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION: See Attached <br /> ZONING DISTRICT: Agricultural (AG) <br /> THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ALLOWS FOR THE FOLLOWING: <br /> A 900 square foot building addition to the existing house to be used as an accessory <br /> apartment. <br /> THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS APPROVED SUBJECT TO <br /> COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The proposed use is allowed by conditional use permit and shall be accessory to <br /> the residential use of the property. <br /> 2. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall obtain a septic <br /> permit from Washington County. <br /> 3. The applicant shall obtain all necessary state and local permits. <br /> 4. The conditional use permit shall comply with the plans received by the city dated <br /> June 26, 2024 and August 28, 2024. <br /> 5. The structure in which the accessory apartment is located must be owner- <br /> occupied. <br /> 6. No separate driveway or curb shall be allowed for the accessory unit. <br /> 7. There shall be no more than one accessory apartment located at this property. <br /> 8. The accessory apartment may not be located in or above a garage or other <br /> accessory building. <br /> 9. The accessory apartment must contain its own toilet, bathtub or shower, and <br /> kitchen facilities. <br />
