CITY OF HUGO <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> <br /> <br />DATE OF APPROVAL: October 7, 2024 <br /> <br />OWNER: Scott Neamy and LeAnn Neamy <br /> <br />ADDRESS FOR WHICH CUP IS GRANTED: 17220 Keystone Avenue North <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: See Attached <br /> <br />ZONING DISTRICT: Agricultural (AG) <br /> <br />THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ALLOWS FOR THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />A 900 square foot building addition to the existing house to be used as an accessory <br />apartment. <br /> <br />THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS APPROVED SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. The proposed use is allowed by conditional use permit and shall be accessory to <br />the residential use of the property. <br /> <br />2. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall obtain a septic <br />permit from Washington County. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall obtain all necessary state and local permits. <br /> <br />4. The conditional use permit shall comply with the plans received by the city dated <br />June 26, 2024 and August 28, 2024. <br /> <br />5. The structure in which the accessory apartment is located must be owner- <br />occupied. <br /> <br />6. No separate driveway or curb shall be allowed for the accessory unit. <br /> <br />7. There shall be no more than one accessory apartment located at this property. <br /> <br />8. The accessory apartment may not be located in or above a garage or other <br />accessory building. <br /> <br />9. The accessory apartment must contain its own toilet, bathtub or shower, and <br />kitchen facilities. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
