Page 14 <br /> <br />General Authorities (cont.) <br />Retail Timing Restrictions (342.13) <br />Local governments may prohibit retail sales of cannabis between the hours of 8 a.m. and <br />10 a.m. Monday-Saturday, and 9 p.m. and 2 a.m. the following day. <br />Operating Multiple Locations with One License <br />Certain cannabis licenses allow for multiple retail locations to be operated under a single <br />license, with the following limitations: <br />• Retailers: up to five retail locations. <br />• Mezzobusinesses: up to three retail locations. <br />• Microbusinesses: up to one retail location. <br />• Medical cannabis combination businesses: one retail location per congressional <br />district. Additionally, medical cannabis combination businesses may cultivate at <br />more than one location within other limitations on cultivation. <br />For all other license types, one license permits the operation of one location. Each retail <br />location requires local certification and/or registration.
