<br />February 3, 2025 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />City of Hugo <br />14669 Fitzgerald Avenue North <br />Hugo, MN 55038 <br /> <br /> <br />Re: 2025 Beaver Ponds Area Street Improvement Project <br /> Approve Plans and Specifications and Authorize the Advertisement for Bids <br /> WSB Project No. 026749-000 <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Mayor and Council, <br /> <br />Previously the Council had authorized staff to prepare plans and specifications for the 2025 <br />Beaver Ponds Area Street Improvement Project. The 2025 Beaver Ponds Area Street <br />Improvement Project consists of various roadway improvements to be completed to maintain the <br />City streets in an effective and efficient manner in the Beaver Ponds Area. <br /> <br />Plans and Specifications have been prepared for the 2025 Beaver Ponds Area Street <br />Improvement Project and are ready to be advertised for bidding. Staff is requesting approval of <br />the plans and specifications for the project and authorization to advertise for bids. Staff will place <br />the advertisement for bids which is required to run for a minimum of 21 days. Plans and <br />Specifications are available for your review at City Hall.
