<br />February 3, 2025 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />City of Hugo <br />14669 Fitzgerald Avenue North <br />Hugo, MN 55038 <br /> <br /> <br />Re: 2025 Street Improvement Project - Duck Pass, Palmes Long Lake Estates, and Ingersoll <br />Avenue N Area <br /> Approve Plans and Specifications and Authorize the Advertisement for Bids <br /> WSB Project No. 026750-000 <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Mayor and Council, <br /> <br />Previously the Council had authorized staff to prepare plans and specifications for the 2025 <br />Street Improvement Project. The 2025 Street Improvement Project includes Duck Pass, Palmes <br />Long Lake Estates, and Ingersoll Avenue area and consists of roadway reclamation, overlay and <br />minor storm sewer improvements. <br /> <br />Plans and Specifications have been prepared for the2025 Street Improvement Project and are <br />ready to be advertised for bidding. Staff is requesting approval of the plans and specifications for <br />the project and authorization to advertise for bids. Staff will place the advertisement for bids <br />which is required to run for a minimum of 21 days. Plans and Specifications are available for your <br />review at City Hall.
