4. Maintenance of Playground. The City shall inspect, maintain, and make any necessary <br />repairs or maintenance to all components of the playground and safety surfacing. <br /> <br />5. Other. The City shall make the park publicly available for use and maintain its ordinary <br />policies of insurance. <br /> <br />6. Term. This Agreement shall be in force and effect for a period of 10 years and shall <br />renew automatically annually thereafter, automatically. This agreement and may be <br />cancelled at any time upon 12 months advance notice.
