DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicants are requesting an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within <br />a drainage and utility easement on property located at 4789 162nd Way North. The Senior <br />Engineering Technician has reviewed the location of the fence and is comfortable with the <br />request, provided that the fence is constructed with chain link so as not to impede drainage <br />through the swale along the southern portion of the property. <br /> <br />2. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed the request and recommends that the City Council approve the encroachment <br />agreement for the property located at 4789 162nd Way North. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
