8 <br />Exhibit C – Easement <br /> <br /> <br />An easement to afford access to the public road, located in the North Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 31 North, Range <br />21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the northwest corner of said Quarter Quarter; thence east on the north <br />line of said Quarter Quarter a distance of 617 feet to a point; thence south on a line a <br />distance of 427.7 feet to a point; thence on a bearing of south 81 degrees 38 minutes <br />west a distance of 94 feet to a point; thence on a bearing of north 81 degrees 55 <br />minutes west a distance of 32.37 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline to be <br />described; thence southwest along the centerline of said roadway now in use, for 75 <br />feet, more or less, to an intersection with the public road heretofore noted and there <br />terminating. <br />Abstract Property. <br />
