Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement for The Shores of Oneka Lake 5th Addition <br /> <br />DATE: April 2, 2025, for the City Council Meeting of April 7, 2025 <br /> <br />1. PROPOSED MOTION: <br /> <br />Move to approve the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for The <br />Shores of Oneka Lake 5th Addition. Approval of the Final Plat requires a 3/5 vote of the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat and development agreement in order to plat <br />the remaining 52 single family lots on an outlot in The Shores of Oneka Lake development. <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary plat and PUD for The Shores of Oneka <br />Lake at its June 6, 2022, meeting. On December 19, 2022, the City Council approved the final <br />for The Shores of Oneka Lake platting 50 lots. On September 5, 2023, the City Council approved <br />the final plat for The Shores of Oneka Lake 2nd Addition platting 14 lots. March 4, 2024, the City <br />Council approved the final plat for The Shores of Oneka Lake 3rd Addition platting 77 lots. On <br />May 20, 2024, the City Council approved the final for The Shores of Oneka Lake 4th Addition <br />platting 26 lots. This request will plat 52 lots for the final phase of the development. The lots <br />meet the minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in the regulations for The Shores of <br />Oneka Lake PUD. <br /> <br />The park dedication requirement will be met by fee for a total of $105,196 ($2,023 per unit). A <br />portion of the Park Dedication was previously satisfied by dedication of 3.89 acres of upland on <br />Outlot G. <br /> <br />4. RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />for The Shores of Oneka Lake 5th Addition.
