<br />The Shores of Oneka Lake 5th Addition 5 <br />shall be excused from the strict completion date set forth herein if written notice is received from the <br />Developer of the existence of causes over which the Developer has no control which will delay the <br />completion of the work and approved in writing by the City. In that event, the City may extend the <br />date or dates herein specified. <br /> <br /> 7. Project Acceptance: Final project acceptance will be considered by the City <br />Council once the following have been completed: <br /> <br /> (a) All Improvements are installed according to the approved plans. <br /> (b) All punchlist items are completed. <br /> (c) All Record Drawing information has been provided to the City to its <br />satisfaction. <br /> (d) Escrow account for City costs and fees is current in accordance with the <br />provisions of this Agreement. <br /> (e) The City receives confirmation via lien waivers that contractors or other <br />parties have been paid for the work completed. <br /> (f) The City receives a written request from the Developer to accept the <br />Improvements. <br /> <br /> 8. Record Drawing Requirements and Engineer’s Certification. Following <br />completion of all development activities and prior to the release of security and acceptance of <br />Improvements, the Developer and/or their assignee shall provide to the City "as-built" plans for the <br />Improvements listed on Exhibit A. This information shall be provided to the City in the following <br />formats: <br /> <br /> (a) 1-set mylar drawings (22” x 34”) for all Improvements. <br /> (b) 1-set paper drawings (22” x 34”) for all Improvements. <br /> (c) Individual Adobe.pdf (or approved equivalent) for all plan sheets and the <br />final plat. <br /> <br /> All Record Drawings shall include the following information: <br /> (a) All bench marks shown on plans (bench marks shall be top nut of hydrants). <br /> (b) Swing ties to all gate valves shown on plans (ties should be to manholes, <br />catch basins, hydrants or other permanent objects. <br /> (c) Swing ties to curb stops shown on plans (ties should be to manholes, catch <br />basins, hydrants, property corners or other permanent objects). <br /> (d) Top of casting and invert elevation for all structures. <br /> (e) All pipe sizes, material type, pipe classification, grades and lengths <br /> (f) All horizontal and vertical curve data in the appropriate location on the <br />plans. <br /> (g) Televised report of the sanitary sewer with videotape. <br /> (h) Swing ties to any manhole or catch basin outside the roadway area.
