January 27, 2022 BOZA Minutes <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Board Member Petty made a motion to approve the two variance requests for property along Sunset <br />Lake to allow a building setback to be 21.2 feet from the ordinary high water (OHW) level of Sunset <br />Lake, where 100 feet is required, and a building front yard setback to be 19.3 feet from front property <br />line, where 40 feet is required by ordinance.
