CONCLUSION: <br /> <br />It in staff’s opinion that the applicant meets all the criteria necessary to approve the variance <br />requests, with the condition that the total allowed square footage for accessory buildings is <br />reduced to 2,143 square feet, where 3,500 square feet is required by ordinance. <br /> <br />6.
