Miron made motion, Strub seconded, to approve the <br />minutes for the City Administrator’s Performance Review on April 21, 2025, as presented. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Approve Minutes for the May 5, 2025, City Council Meeting <br /> <br />Krull made motion, Strub seconded, to approve the minutes for City Council meeting held on <br />May 5, 2025, as presented. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda <br /> <br />Weidt made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Special Event Permit for Brats, Bags, and Baskets Fundraiser for the Food Shelf on <br />September 20, 2025 <br /> <br />The Hugo Lions Club is requesting approval of their Special Event Permit to hold an event at <br />Lions Park on Saturday, September 20, 2025. All proceeds will go to the Hugo Good Neighbors <br />Food Shelf. Hugo Lions member Jason Schwieger and Food Shelf volunteers Jeff Fiedler and <br />Kris Greene presented information on the event to the Council and requested they co-sponsor the <br />event by waiving the special event permit fee and allow use of the Lions Volunteer Park and <br />Pede Pedersen Pavilion on that day.
