<br /> 1. I am the publisher of the THE CITIZEN,or the publisher's REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIFIC USES AND PERFORMANCE
<br /> STANDARDS, Section 90-227. — Fences., Subsection (g). — Prohibited
<br /> designated agent. I have personal knowledge of the facts stated in parking.
<br /> this Affidavit, which is made pursuant of Minnesota Statutes §33 1 A.07. THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
<br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby amend Article
<br /> VI REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIFIC USES AND PERFORMANCE
<br /> 2. The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements to constitute a STANDARDS,Section 90-227 FENCES.
