RESOLUTION 2025-XX <br /> APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4670 EMPRESS WAY <br />NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Jack and Nicole Morrisette that requests <br />approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage <br />and utility easement on the property located at 4670 Empress Way North, legally described <br />as follows; <br /> <br />Lot 16, Block 5, Heritage Ponds, Washington County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment <br />agreement on property located at 4670 Empress Way North. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 2nd day of June, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________________ <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk
