DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicants are requesting an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a shed within <br />a drainage and utility easement on property located at 4801 142nd Street North. The Senior <br />Engineering Technician has reviewed the location of the shed and is comfortable with the <br />request. <br /> <br />2. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed the request and recommends that the City Council approve the encroachment <br />agreement for the property located at 4801 142nd Street North. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
