DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicants are requesting an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within <br />a drainage and utility easement on property located at 15539 Goodview Trail North. The Senior <br />Engineering Technician has reviewed the location of the fence and is comfortable with the <br />request, provided that the fence is aligned in such a way that the manhole in the southwest corner <br />of the property is still accessible for maintenance purposes. <br /> <br />2. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed the request and recommends that the City Council approve the encroachment <br />agreement for the property located at 15539 Goodview Trail North. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
