165th Street AUAR <br />Open House <br />Wednesday, July 30, 2025 <br />5:00 - 6:30 pm <br />Oneka Room at Hugo City Hall <br />14669 Fitzgerald Avenue North, Hugo, MN <br />You’re invited to provide input on what the 165th Street corridor will <br />look like in the future. The City of Hugo is studying the area for <br />future development and will analyze future land use, road design, <br />and environmental impacts. The study is referred to as an <br />Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) and your input is <br />needed to set the vision for development along the corridor. <br />Landowners and residents are invited to attend the Open House to <br />provide feedback on proposed land use options and road designs. <br />If you are unable to attend, and would like additional information <br />or to set a separate meeting, please contact Rachel Juba at <br />(651) 762-6304 or RJuba@ci.hugo.mn.us.
