The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon <br />by the contractor, and we hereby recommend that the City of Hugo approve Construction Pay <br />Voucher No. 2 for Northwest Asphalt, Inc. <br /> <br />The amount indicated above reflects work certified to date through September 10, 2025 with a <br />5% retainage applied. Please include one executed copy with the payment to Northwest Asphalt, <br />Inc and return one executed copy to our office for our file.
